All services are subject to availability and the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and relevant government authorities.

3. Booking & Payment

* All bookings are subject to confirmation.
* A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received.
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
* Full payment must be completed before travel documents are issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Travel Documents

Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring they possess:

* A valid passport with sufficient validity.
* Required visas and supporting documents.
* Vaccination certificates, if required by the Saudi authorities.
* Any additional documents requested by immigration authorities.

Way To Harmain shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

5. Visa Approval

Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the relevant Saudi authorities.

Way To Harmain assists with the application process but cannot guarantee visa approval, processing time, or entry into Saudi Arabia.

6. Changes & Amendments

Any request to modify a booking is subject to availability and may incur additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

* Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
* Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges and any cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, visa providers, or other third-party suppliers.
* Visa fees and other non-refundable charges may not be refundable.
* Refund processing times may vary depending on service providers.

8. Travel Schedule

Flight schedules, hotel allocations, transportation, and itineraries may change due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control.

Way To Harmain reserves the right to make necessary adjustments while providing services of equivalent quality whenever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Way To Harmain acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, transport companies, visa authorities, and other travel service providers.

We shall not be liable for:

* Flight delays or cancellations.
* Visa refusals.
* Lost or delayed baggage.
* Natural disasters.
* Government restrictions.
* Health emergencies.
* Political unrest.
* Events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

* Provide accurate information.
* Follow Saudi laws and regulations.
* Respect hotel and airline policies.
* Follow all health and safety requirements during travel.
* Maintain appropriate travel insurance where applicable.

You agree not to:
